| 1. MDPE high speed gas piping and water supplypiping production

production,continuous, stable and reliable. 2. MDPE gas piping and water supply piping production lines are applicableto producing gas piping characterized by appropriate rigidity, strength,flexibility and creep-resistance, anti-environmental cracking and good performancefor hygienism, guaranteed for large conveying capacity, convenient constructionand more than 50 years of safe service life. 3. Two sets of extruders are attached to the unit with the main extruderfitted with a new-typed grooving cylinde and a unique effective screw stem,capable of large extruding quantity, low melting temperature of material,an good performance of plastication. The other is a smaller extruder usedto extrude identifier line. 4. Spiral divided-flow machine head of piping extrusion, easy to regulateand even to discharge. Metering jacket provides a unique grooving technologyand water-circulating cooling, to ensure piping-forming precision. 5. Metering under vacuum negative pressure plus a recirculating water spraycooling allows different shaping specifications of piping products beingmet. 6. Advanced PLC and controlling system with large touchable screen are fittedwith the unit,enables a good chinese man-machine interface, and a convenientoperation. 7. By attaching different scrolls and dies to it, the production line mayproduce different types of plastic piping including PPR,PE,PP,PVC,ABS,etc,aftera little regulation is made. | |
